In a language of reduced movement, performer Cosima Grand passes through stages ranging from joy to hopelessness and despair. The piece is a contemporary response to Franz Schubert’s song cycle «Winterreise» («Winter Journey») and a pop music roadtrip by musician Romain Mercier. Like Schubert, Grand explores the theme of the lonesome journey.
